1. Unfold the flame retardant coverall and check that it is intact.

2. Unzip the zipper on the back of the FR coverall.

3. Put the legs into the bodysuit first, then the arms, and finally put on the hood.

4. Close the zipper and press the snap button in place.

5. Put on your safety boots and adjust the laces to your needs.

6. Make sure that the trouser legs completely cover the shaft of the safety boot.

7. Finally put on the gloves so you have the full FR suit and components on.

8. Remove FR coveralls in reverse order.
